COMMUNITY OVERVIEW
Three Village Green is a private, gated 83-unit community located on Long Island about 50 miles east of New York City in the hamlet of South Setauket. It is in the highly-rated Three Village School district recognized for providing a strong academic program and a wide variety of extracurricular activities. Abundant shopping is located within less than a mile. The Smithaven Mall is just over a mile away. Stony Brook Hospital and University is a five minute drive north. Top-notch restaurants are nearby.
Homes have over 2000 square feet interiors, full basements and attached garages, most two-car. All homes back up to wooded areas.
We have a limited-access clubhouse with exercise room and meeting area with a small kitchen. The clubhouse is available for private parties at no cost. We also have a salt swimming pool, basketball court and playground.
Three Village Green is an HOA community, similar to a condo but with somewhat more freedom for homeowners to individualize their home and landscaping. - Garbage and recyclables pickup with high quality pails provided
- Maintenance of roadways, streetlights, pool, etc.
- Annual gutter cleaning, driveway resealing every other year, vinyl siding power washing every two years
- Roof repairs and roof replacements as needed
